The International Basal Ganglia Society (IBAGS) is a global non-profit organization that aims to
– advance the understanding of basal ganglia structure and function in health and disease
– bring together researchers from all countries and scientific disciplines working in the field
– inform the general public of results and implications of current basal ganglia-related research.
IBAGS plenary scientific conferences take place every 3 years. The next one will take place in Stockholm (Sweden) in June 2023
